How every batch is made

Five stages, one site, one set of standards.

Base oil
Group II and Group III base oils are received and stored on site in dedicated tanks.

Blending
Additive packages are blended to each grade's formula in closed, temperature-controlled lines.

Lab testing
Every batch is tested for viscosity, flash point and pour point before it is released.

Packing
Filled into bottles, pails, drums and IBCs, then sealed and batch-coded for traceability.

Shipping
Palletised, containerised and shipped from UAE ports with full export paperwork.
